In the June '08 issue of Seattle Sound Magazine, 'Minus Tide' received 4 out of 5 stars and the song 'Faster' was selected as the Single of the Month. The album was kindly received with rotation on Seattle radio stations KEXP and KNDD as well as KAOS in Olympia. Teaming with Engineer/Producer Scott Colburn (Arcade Fire, Animal Collective), the album was recorded at Gravel Voice Studios, a 100 year old church converted into Colburn's home studio.
