Strawberry Shortcake: Strawberry Jams collects some of the songs from the series of videos released in the 2000s. The first five songs come from Strawberry Shortcake: Spring for Strawberry Shortcake, and while it's commendable that the young girls voicing Strawberry Shortcake and pals like Angel Cake, Orange Blossom, and Ginger Snap aren't overly trained, the songs themselves, which include "Jammin'" and "I Put the Zing in Spring," unfortunately tend to be as sickly sweet as Strawberry Shortcake's namesake dessert.
