 Bob Seger Biography
Detroit native Bob Seger's career is a model of hard work and dues-paying. After relentless touring and minimal album sales in the late 1960s/early '70s, Seger broke through in a major way with NIGHT MOVES in 1976, and continued selling millions of records throughout the '80s and '90s. Seger's rough, soulful voice, unpretentious lyrics, and everyman appeal ensure his status as a beloved American roots-rocker.
