The label is typically regarded as playing into the dark side on its various-artists compilations, and this particular double disc doesn't fall short on the rage and mystery. Disc one of Covered in Goth Hell showcases some of the biggest darkwave artists of the '80s and '90s -- such as Switchblade Symphony, Gene Loves Jezebel, Nosferatu, and Electric Hellfire Club -- to portray goth rock in terms of poetic romanticism. COVERED IN GOTH HELL contains a compilation CD called COVERED IN GOTH, and an atmospheric CD called GOTHIC VAMPIRES FROM HELL.
