His "grown up" songs include Here "Comes The Freedom Train" recorded by both Merle Hagard and Dolly Parton, to commemorate America's bicentennial,"The Lady In The Harbor" for the Emmy award winning documentary by Ken Burn's, The Statue of Liberty, and "My Small Town" for the award winning official video of the Calgary Winter Olympics. Singin' Steve's other SmartSongs CDs include "Alphabet Town & More Alphabet Town", whose narrative and 16 "sing along" songs help prepare a child for reading.
