 Todd Snider Biography
Country singer/songwriter Todd Snider is known for his storytelling songs and sharp wit. He debuted in 1994 with the album SONGS FOR THE DAILY PLANET, which established his reputation as a trenchant songsmith. Over the years, his sound would drift between rock, country, and folk, but his songwriting remained as hard-hitting as ever. Snider's 2006 album, THE DEVIL YOU KNOW, which included a number of songs with a political edge, was one of his best-received ever, widening his audience outside the alt-country cult status he'd already attained.
