Super Furry Animals Biography
In the mid-1990s, along with countrymen Gorky's Zygotic Mynci, Super Furry Animals heralded a Welsh rock renaissance. Their sound combined the basic Britpop template of the time with a pronounced '60s influence that ultimately encompassed everything from heavenly Beach Boys-like orchestral pop to Byrds/Burritos country-rock.
