Presented by the folks at the New York-based Crunch gym, this is an invigoratingly entertaining slice of sweaty dance, consisting of full-length tracks at a cardio-constant tempo, most of which will be familiar territory to regular club denizens. However, familiarity isn't required here so much as stamina (the suggestively named Duane Harden's elastic "U Don't Know Me" clocks in at close to a ventricle-busting eight minutes), and the ability to turn off your mind and let your body do the walking, running, etc.
