Artist was born and raised in Aurora, Illinois right outside of Chicago. Rapping since age thirteen, Artist got his first break with CDM Productions, where he was a part of the Streets Is Ours Mix Tape with a song called Lovin You. Having performed at the College of Dupage, Northern Illinois, Ciara's Place, and many other big named spots in the Chicago land area, Artist is well known in the streets I Am What You Ain't is the sound people have been waiting to hear, with songs like the club anthem, Bring It Down, to the politically correct lyrics of Fallin. The artist who blazed Chicagos streets with the Just Tha Beginning mixed tape, is back this time with the full length album I Am What You Aint. Soon after, he did his first ever solo project, Just Tha Beginning, which he sold hundreds of copies.
