Yacht Biography
YACHT is one of the many creative alter egos of Jona Bechtolt, a musician and multimedia artist who embraces an eclectic but playful blend of electronics, acoustic percussion, and noises of all sorts. In 2003, after a spell as half of the similarly minded duo the Blow, Bechtolt unveiled YACHT as a solo project, which it remained until 2009 when he added the breathy vocals of Claire L. Evans to the mix.
