This cd, 'Demonstration' is a compilation of all of their demos throughout their career. This outfit has one common bond- besides the same mother and father,it seems there is kinetic energy here. Brothersix was formed in the summer of 1994 from a combination of two bands. Brothers Guy and Rennie Crucianelli played soul/pop music in the coffeehouses, clubs and street corners of San Francisco. They spurt out every type of musical genre with confidence and charisma. Brothersixupdates blue-eyed soul with a tight, modern pop sensibility."" Brothersix is every major label publicists' dream. Combining the two bands and gigging non-stop since 1994, Brothersix have created a large and loyal following. They cover the gamut, r&b,jazz, heavy metal, blues, soul, you name it? What others have said about Brothersix:" Funky guitars, echoing keyboards, and Stevie Wonder-esque vocals harken back to the fusion of Motown and rock. While other Crucianelli brothers Steve, Rick and Tommy along with family friend Billie Pulera, played hard rock and roll on the bar and club circuit of the Midwest.

The self-produced disc opens with a deliberately schmaltzy intro. As Brothersix, the band skirts the 'c'mon get happy' mentality that plagues some groups intent on keeping it all in the family. Add the five Crucianelli brothers + friend to that list. Funky guitars, echoing keyboards and Stevie Wonder-esque vocals harken back to the fusion of Motown and rock. Their 1997 debut, 'The Live Family Album' demonstrates that the Crucianellis aren't averse to having a little fun with the inevitable comparisons to the Brady Bunch, however. After the jokingly grandiose , 'We are Brothersix' pronouncement in song, the siblings quickly get serious. Throughout rock history, siblings with a musical bent have teamed up to practice their craft, The Jackson Five, The Allman Brothers Band, Sly and the Family Stone, The Partridge faux-Family.
