Human League Human League - Live at the Dome DVD (2003)
Human League movies buy Inspired in their teens by the innovations of David Bowie, computer operators Ian Craig Marsh and Martyn Ware set out in the late 70s to take pop music even further, replacing conventional insrtuments in synth-pop's original incarnation. The British duo gained band mates Phil Oakey and Adrian Wright, and after the band split into two factions, Oakey was the only member to retain the name, achieving enormous success with a new lineup. As recent use of their music in various mainstream pop-cultural venues can testify, the influence and popularity of the band remains strong, and this 2003 Brighton show, which capped a successful tour, displays the energy and appeal that Human League still command.
