Some of the Hole Time CD (2010)
SLUICE hails from the Southern Highlands of NSW, just close enough to Sydney to feel its impact but far enough away to not hear its constant hum. Their sound is their sound; it's different - the product of a three piece rural aussie punk band. After releasing the 'Strange Terrain' in 2005, Sluice built The Wombat Hole Studio inside a disused mushroom farm shed near Robertson. This album 'Some of the Hole Time' is the result of their work in the studio. The 12 tracks have been mixed by Mike Morgan and mastered by Andrew Edgson at Studio 301 in Sydney. SLUICE's gigs are always uplifting, fun and entertaining. They transport you to a place where the only thing that matters is making sure you don't spill your beer when you rock out. But if you do - who cares!
