Exploding Hearts music CDs The Exploding Hearts were a young, scrappy Pacific Northwest band exploring the parameters of '77-era punk and classic power pop in the early 2000s. They were enjoying their first taste of fame when tragedy struck in 2003: their van crashed on the way to a gig and killed three band members. This compilation lovingly collects all of their non-album releases, some recordings that the band was working on around the time of the crash, and several live videos shot at their penultimate show.
