Pissing Razors CD discography Pissing Razors was a heavy metal band formed in the late 80's. The band originally was named "Back Door Cyclops" but decided to change its name and style of music to incorporate more raw sounding vocals. The new name originated from the band's original lead vocalist who contracted a case of gonorrhea from a whorehouse in Juarez, Mexico. He was quoted as claiming it felt like he was "pissing razors". They are musically comparable to local heroes Pantera, plus Skinlab and Machine Head -- in other words, angst-filled, shouted vocals are merged with meaty guitar riffs for a sound that's custom-made for the mosh pit. The band's first ever live album from 2002 was recorded in El Paso (Texas), soon after the release of "Where We Come From". It features their show on 6th of September 2002 with Jason Bragg on vocal. New digipak edition is limited to 1000 copies. Digitally remastered using 24-Bit process on a golden disc. Recorded live at Club 101, El Paso, Texas on September 6, 2002. Personnel: Andre Acosta (vocals); Cesar Soto (guitar); Eddy Garcia (drums). Recording information: Club 101, El Paso, TX (09/06/2002); Krank Recording Studio, El Paso, TX (09/06/2002).
