Frontage Road formed in Evansville, IN in 2009. Brothers Paul (vocals/keyboards) and Craig Schutz (guitar), bassist Nick Wildeman, drummer Jamie Morris, and vocalists Maria Morris and Ashley Halbig joined forces primarily as a cover band before beginning this album, their first major studio project. Songwriter-lyricist Paul Schutz, a classically-trained pianist, vocalist, and composer, cites both rock and classical music and influences for the music on this album, which he wrote and took to the band, who developed the original songs into their finals forms.
