Cherry Bomb Club albums Denver's Cherry Bomb Club invigorates the electronic music scene with this debut on Divine Shaker records. The grooves and beats are certainly well-thought-out. The bass- heavy "200% Machine" starts off the disc. It's an aggressive and playful mixture of chants and electronic beats. Erica Brown is the vocalist on that first track, and she makes six more appearances on vocals. Cherry Bomb Club has six different vocalists, and they all trade off vocal duties. The singer known only as Legendary makes his first appearance on "Lullabye," adding a playful rap over Erica Brown's soulful lead vocals. Angie Defrancis steps into the vocalist chair on "Don't Worry Child," adding a gospel-like quality to the dancehall mix. Lisa Sims croons on the fifth track, "School Girl Crush," a haunting and low-key track. Monica Fuentes makes her first appearance on the funky "Little Devilish Thing." The rapper Sexyboy checks in as well. Easily the most blasphemous track is the groovy mix of "Amazing Grace" on track seven. The controlled pace on "Pillypop Drop" is easily one of the most soulful songs on the disc. The disc ends with "Let Go," which starts off with an experimental ...
