Dwellas Discography of CDs

Originally known as the Cella Dwellas, the Dwellas, as their original name suggests, consider themselves to be strictly underground. Their debut album, 1996's Realms 'N Reality, was filled with dank imagery and beats. The Last Shall Be First is in the same vein; however, the group seems to have taken their lyrical flow up a notch. Their improved flow can best be heard on "On the Run," a densely packed, well-told narrative. Also impressive is "Main Aim," a banging horn-filled track first featured on the soundtrack to the film Soul in the Hole." With outstanding cameos from the likes of Large Professor and Inspectah Deck, this shows that they can more than hold their own among hip-hop heavyweights.
