Purpose CD (2004)
Charmagne albums Charmagne has dazzled audiences with her rendition of "The National Anthem" performed at professional competitions throughout the country. She performed at Sean "PDiddy" Combs' 3rd Annual All-Star Festival in Cancun, Mexico. She has also featured with live Jazz and R&B bands at Foxwoods Casino & various Music festivals. She has opened for recording artists Brian McKnight, Deborah Cox & Roy Ayers. Both a lyricist and vocalist, at 19 Charmagne left college to pursue a career in music. Influenced by Vanessa Williams, Whitney Houston, and Anita Baker. She has developed an adult contemporary rhythm and blues style all her own. In 1998, CEO Gerald "G" Williams of the independent record label Prophet Records approached Charmagne to work together on a songwriting project. In November 2000, Prophet Records released the full-length album "Cafe on Magne." The debut album includes 9 tracks all co-written and three co-produced by Charmagne. Charmagne also starred in the children's musical School House Rock as the sassy song stress, Dinah. She can also be heard over the airways singing the jingles for Infinity Broadcasting radio stations. In December 2001 Charmagne established her own independent record label, DIVAH Records and Entertainment LLC, and released "This Christmas," holiday collaboration with Producer and Saxophonist David Davis, which sold out in three weeks. Charmagne is currently working with R&B trio "Groove U". Together they have a Neo Soul sound and astound audiences with their musical arrangements of favorite R&B covers and originals. She is also the lead singer of the Manhattan based all female R&B funk Fusion band "Mocha latte". DIVAH Records and Entertainment LLC has teamed up again with Prophet Records and released her 3rd album "Purpose" a compilation of Life, Love and Self-discovery. Charmange wrote the lyrics to 9 of the tracks and co- produced 11 tracks on the album. She is currently organizing a tour on the east coast and entertaining offers overseas.

Charmagne discography David Davis is one of the most promising, young, talented and gifted musicians today. David was born and raised in Connecticut. He is a Hartt School of Music graduate with a degree in Jazz studies and Music Management. For five years he studied with and is a protege of the world renowned, professor and jazz saxophonist, Jackie Mclean. Before launching his career as the front man of the incredible, contemporary jazz band from Hartford ("Just Us"), he has performed and recorded with the hottest contemporary gospel band in the Tri-state area ("A Better Way").
