Most of the time drummers send the Squid demos of the bands they play with in order to show off their carefully manicured chops and groove abilities. But Daryaie a Southern California native-took matters into his own hands and sent the Squid an impressive solo CD titled MY SOUL. After reading his bio we were a bit surprised that he could even find the time to record the 13 tracks on his CD. Besides having album releases scheduled later this year with LXIX, Drastic Party, Rio Delux Band, and Agent Shocking, Daryaie can currently be heard on the album Cool Water by Kirsten.
