Born in Boston, Massachusetts, guitarist, singer, and songwriter Kiyoshi Foster grew up in Natick, MA. Picking up his first guitar at a garage sale at the age of eight was the beginning of is musical journey.

True to his claim each performance is different, both with his band The Floating Lotus or solo.
Since buying a $5 guitar at a yard sale when he was 11, Kiyoshi has been compelled to explore the depths of music.
After graduating from Berklee College of Music, he spent 18th months studying Indian Classical and Hindustani Vocal music before moving out west to San Francisco to perform.

From high school basement bands to the Berklee College of Music he has honed his craft for more than a decade.
