Ephemera: For Solo Saxophone/Pour Saxophone Solo CD (2010)
Linsey Wellman CD discography Ephemera is a 45 minute meditation for solo alto saxophone, improvised around a diverse set of parameters; different with each performance, but always recognizable. It can be described as an exploration of texture, timbre, melody and tonal relationships in the 'free' music tradition, incorporating approaches to techniques such as circular breathing and multiphonics.

Ellen McIlwaine's first album since 2000, the very first on her own label, featuring tabla virtuoso Cassius Khan. A blues/world hybrid that sleeps with its soul in the south, its heart in India and its voice in the Middle East.
Personnel: Ellen McIlwaine (acoustic guitar); Kristine Steele (vocals); Linsey Wellman (soprano saxophone); Amika ...
