Nabori albums The movement known to many as Salsa Romi¡ntica or Salsa Monga brought with it the era of pretty boy crooners of high pitched voices and the never ending themes of love and sex. The music that a few years ago had traveled the world under the banner of the drum and the "sonero" was now essentially forgotten. The Salsa Brava genre found refuge on the streets of Latin Harlem in New York and in the projects and barrios of Puerto Rico. It also continued to live in the hearts of those salseros that treasured the glory years of the 70's and never buckled under the attack of other music genres such as the merengue and the bachata. Among them, the founding members of Nabori­; Wichy Ayala, Robert Figueroa, and Tony Ayala. These three musicians of diverse backgrounds came together in Milwaukee, Wisconsin under one unified goal; to create the best original Salsa Brava designed for the dancing public. In doing so, they also sought to revitalize the original music industry in an area where salsa bands were content with performing covers of established artist. With their first CD release \"Historias Del Barrio\", Nabori­ introduces talent that over the years had quietly developed in Milwaukee. Nabori­ also encouraged collaboration with top notch musicians from the neighboring city of Chicago, Illinois. Nabori­'s carefully crafted lyrics reflect the day to day life of Latinos all over the world.
