Throughout the years, K.E.R.M. gained a tremendous desire to be used by God to make a real difference. The Lord began to speak to K.E.R.M. through several prophetic words that he was about to launch out into a whole new arena of ministry and that he needed to be prepared. With a vision to use rap music as a tool, K.E.R.M. started writing lyrics for what would eventually become the album "By Design". After a lot of prayer, sacrifice and perseverance, the end result is an album that truly personifies what it means to testify through the form of hip-hop. While songs like "Chump Change" and "Back N The Dayz" tell of K.E.R.M.'s past life in the City of Angels, it is the songs "By Design", "Without God" and "I Live For You" that tells a story of redemption.
