Jason Mitchell albums Jason Mitchell is a singer/songwriter, poet, storyteller who currently resides in Kelowna, British Columbia. He made his debut with a deeply personal collection of songs on the CD, "The World is Flat" which was released in May 2000 by Warner Music Canada. The CD was well received and has been heard on radio stations and satellite networks in both Canada and the United States. With the CD release came an extensive tour schedule across Canada in which Jason's true joy and passion for his music and performing live was shared with many audiences. Jason has opened for "Blue Rodeo" in both Montreal and Toronto, as well as for the "Cowboy Junkies" at the Tulip Festival in Ottawa and 54/40 in BC.
