Prettier Than Blue CD (2005)
Seth Davis music CDs Smart & sappy New York alt-folk poet Seth Davis' 200+ songs explode with the confessional discourse of everyman. Family, spirit, suffering, bliss, sex, betrayal & love du jour are fair game for Davis' lyrical wit & wisdom & his honest, passionate delivery.
An accomplished vegan chef at some of the best healthy eateries in New York, Davis has played hundreds of gigs from the subways of London to New Yorks best acoustic venues.
"Prettier Than Blue" features collaborative works with alt-country star Jim White, cellist Stephanie Winters, guitar-god Dean Brown, pacific pizza afficianado Adam Lieb, & others.

Hero CD (2002)
Seth Davis CD discography The influence of pop culture is clearly seen in Daily Planet's Reunion Records' debut, Hero. A band named after the newspaper in the Superman comic books, on this album the rock foursome manages to make references to Luke Skywalker, Japanese imports, and mp3s. While this does date the album somewhat, it also makes for interesting lyrical content. Composed of members Jesse Butterworth, Seth Davis, Danny Lund, and Bobby Reinsch, the group offers strong rock melodies, catchy hooks, and fun production elements. Overall, the project can be compared to musical aspects of Third Day's Time. Vocally, the album brings to mind Big Tent Revival's lead singer, Steve Wiggins. Songs include "Flying Blind," "Tangled Web," and "Everything Revolves Around You." ~ Ashleigh Kittle
