When the rich boy escapes solo, the gay desperado serenades the fiery girlfriend amid every sort of chaos. A young and beautiful Ida Lupino stars with Metropolitan Opera tenor Nino Martini in this musical comedy about Pablo (Leo Carrillo), a Mexican bandit who embarks on a maddened rampage inspired by American gangster films. As a first step in their crime wave, they kidnap the young opera singer for his voice, and then force him to capture a young millionaire.
Pablo Braganza is a Mexican bandit who is inspired by an American gangster film to reorganize his outlaw gang to Chicago standards and practices. Pablo then forces Chivo to capture the son of an American millionaire and his fiancee. Soon his banditos have been organized along the strictest Chicago standards. Also a music lover, Pablo kidnaps young opera singer Chivo because he likes his voice.
