From his cell window, he spots a fellow prisoner (Mike Sale) and immediately falls in love with him. Busted for credit card fraud, Dennis (Marcel Schultt) gets sent to a facility where the name of the game is either to give in to the drug dealers or run the risk of getting raped. Filmed entirely in an abandoned German jail, LOCKED UP boldly confronts romance and sex within the prison system. Though their first encounters are tentative, a passionate romance develops.
