A rollicking riff on "urban" films, JAIL PARTY is a satire meant to expose the formulaic constraints of the genre. But things aren't that easy, and at a huge party thrown in celebration of Yusef's freedom, countless obstacles stand in the way of this very simple audience. Determined to get out of the hood and start a new, straight life for himself, he wants to talk to his longtime girlfriend (Antonette Terry) immediately about starting anew. Yusef Porter (Shane Sharp) is getting out of jail, and he has big plans for the future.
