This film follows a grotesque and surreal series of events over one night in a decrepit hospital. Unfortunately, poor Penelope also has to tend to her father, who falls into a coma as the news of the murder arrives. When Dr. Penelope Second (Peta Lily) learns that her lover has been murdered and her father has fallen into a coma, her universe begins to slowly unravel.
