Denson's flute on "Blues for Celia" recalls Herbie Mann's progressive flute work of the late '60s, when he worked with a Memphis-based horn section. Studios, San Francisco, CA (01/05/1997-01/16/1997).

| Greyboy music Greybreaks, Vol. 1 CD (1998)
$13.89 Greybreaks, Vol. 1 compiles a dozen instrumental tracks from a 1993 DJ Greyboy side project; the material, which includes cuts like "Funk on the Brain" and "Big Blunt Break," is more stripped-down than his subsequent work, comprised of lone beats, thick basslines, distinctive drum fills, and even some saxophone breaks.
