Veronicas CD discography The hook-filled, rocking pop of the Artist comes from Brisbane, Australia's twin sisters Jess and Lisa Origliasso. In their teens, the twins released albums as Lisa & Jessica, and in 2001 they landed roles in the Australian children's series Cybergirl. They later became Teal and released "Baby It's Over," a hooky number that made them sought-after songwriters. After traveling the globe to shop demos and collaborate with hitmakers, they moved to Los Angeles, changed their name to the Artist, and released The Secret Life Of... in 2006. A year later they released Hook Me Up. It's title track became the duo's first Australian number one. ~ David Jeffries
