Refund policy

Order Cancellation Policy: Once an order is placed, your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. Our streamlined ordering process ensures that your order is promptly sent for processing and shipping. Due to the high volume of orders we handle, cancellations are not possible once the order is submitted. Please proceed with your orders carefully.

Return Policy: All sales are final for items marked down from their original price and cannot be returned or exchanged. We strongly recommend fully insuring your return shipment to safeguard against loss or damage.

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns based on satisfaction. Additionally, we cannot accept returns for items that pose a health risk or have come into contact with any skin or bodily fluid (such as saliva, semen, blood, urine, etc.). Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used and non-resellable.

However, returns are accepted for DVDs and unopened items that remain sealed in their original packaging and show no signs of use. These items must be returned in resellable condition.

Examples of items that cannot be returned once opened include, but are not limited to:

  • Intimate toys

  • Personal massagers

  • Lubricants or liquids

  • Any product that has come into contact with skin or bodily fluids

  • Any Lingerie
  • Any Enema Kits
  • Any item that pierces the skin's surface
  • Any item intended for oral, vaginal, anal, or penile insertion
  • Any harness/dildo combination

We also do not accept returns for soiled or washed merchandise. If your item is eligible for return, it must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and rectify it. We offer exchanges for defective items within 7 days of the delivery date.

Many items are covered under warranty, so if it has been more than 7 days since your order was delivered, you may contact the product manufacturer for a replacement.
